Here are the details for the photo shoot process:

1. Booking Confirmation: Once you've booked your session with Trilite Photography, we send you a confirmation email or message to ensure all the details are correct.

2. Pre-Shoot Communication (A Few Days Before): A few days before the shoot, we reach out to you to confirm the location and time. During this conversation, we also take the opportunity to get to know you better, asking about any personal details you'd like us to know. This could include preferences, special requests, or any specific themes you have in mind for the shoot.

3. Discussing Additional Elements: We also inquire if you plan to bring any props, friends, pets, or any other elements that you'd like to incorporate into the shoot. This ensures that we are fully prepared to accommodate your needs and preferences on the day of the shoot.

4. Meeting on the Day of the Shoot: On the day of the shoot, we'll be waiting for you at our pre-arranged meeting point. Once we meet, we'll discuss the plan for the shoot and any last-minute details. If there are multiple locations involved, we'll walk together to different spots to capture the best possible photos.

5. Photo and/or Video Session: During the session, we'll work closely with you to capture stunning photos and/or videos that reflect your personality and style. Our experienced team will guide you through poses and provide direction to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

6. Delivery of Photos and Videos: After the shoot, your photos and/or videos will be professionally edited and delivered through our website. For clients who opt for video or hybrid packages, the videos will also be uploaded to our Vimeo channel. This allows for easy sharing with family and friends on social media platforms.

7. Subscription to Trilite Insider Program (TIP): Along with your photo/video delivery, you'll be invited to subscribe to our Trilite Insider Program (TIP). As a TIP subscriber, you'll receive exclusive benefits, including opportunities for additional mini-sessions and priority booking for our popular Cap and Gown sessions during the spring season.
